Why is the switch unresponsive to touch or has poor touch sensitivity? Possible reasons:

Improper button marking and an unclosed outer loop.
Misaligned installation with poor adhesion.
Reversed positive and negative polarity on the switch's input and output wiring, leading to no touch response.
If all the above checks are okay, the switch may be faulty and needs to be returned to our factory for testing.
