The input and output terminals of the switch are reversed. Why does the touch sensor switch automatically flicker and turn on after more than one year of use? +
This issue is mostly caused by interference to the switch due to degraded performance of the transformer power supply. The transformer needs to be replaced.
Can the single-key touch switch connect to both 12V LED strips and 220V defogger film at the same time? +
Yes. Use a single-key dual-control touch switch with an external relay to control the 220V defogger film. The LED strips and defogger film will turn on and off synchronously. We can also customize the timed defogger shut-off function.

What thickness of mirror is compatible with the touch switch? +
Our sensor switches work with mirrors of 3–6 mm thickness.
The customer does not like the blue backlight of the buttons on the mirror. Can the switch backlight be disabled? +
Yes. We can set the switch to have no backlight in standby mode. We can also customize the switch backlight and other functions according to your requirements.
How to connect the touch switch to LED strips over 12V 60W? +
You can connect an external switch power amplifier EX-01 to amplify the power at the switch output terminal. It doubles the power capacity to support higher loads.
